What to verify before you commit
Do you interview and approve each person? Is IP assigned to you in writing? Who holds the cloud, repository and CRM admin accounts — you, or the vendor? What are the on-call and escalation arrangements? What is the notice period to scale down, and what handover do you get on exit?
