ERP for Textile Manufacturing — Deployed Across 8 Locations

Jagannath Banwarilal Texofabs Pvt. Ltd. is a multi-location textile manufacturing group operating across 8 sites in India. The business required a single integrated ERP to replace disconnected spreadsheets and legacy tools that could not keep pace with the volume of daily transactions — over 9,000 entries per hour at peak.

WASS designed and built a full-stack ERP covering every operational layer: day-to-day accounting with automated journal entries, in-store billing with barcode support, client and order management with zone-wise segmentation, multi-company master configuration for different group entities, and a complete vendor and client ledger with ageing reports.

The matching and packaging module tracks fabric rolls from production through quality check, matching, folding and packaging — with lot numbers and batch traceability at every step. The lorry dispatch module manages outward delivery challans, transporter assignment, freight calculation and proof-of-delivery confirmation.

The entire system is hosted on Google Cloud with a hardened security configuration, automated daily backups, encrypted database storage and role-based access control across all 8 locations. The web and desktop (EXE) dual-deployment model means warehouse staff use the desktop client on local machines while management accesses live dashboards from any browser.
